Cierra brings a wide array of creative experience from her work with campaigns, issue advocacy groups, and nonprofits. At FRAME, she uses her background in both traditional and digital communication to develop powerful content that engages communities, advocates for our client’s missions, and wins elections. Cierra lives in Washington, DC with her partner, her English Bulldog, and an ever-growing collection of antique campaign pins.
