Megan Gean-Gendron

Megan grew up in York County, Maine, the daughter of a state representative, which sparked her interest in politics from an early age. Her political work eventually took her to Washington, D.C. before returning home to Maine to raise her family. Megan has served as a fundraiser for multiple U.S. Senators and two Maine Governors, helping to shape successful fundraising strategies and strengthen donor engagement. She also worked with a national political action committee (PAC) to design and implement a fundraising training program for candidates across the country—equipping emerging leaders with the tools and knowledge to build sustainable campaigns. Most recently, Megan served as the Executive Director of a regional homeless shelter. She now brings that leadership and hands-on experience to her work with Frame Strategies, where she is passionate about using her background in both public service and nonprofit management to advance impactful advocacy and social change initiatives.
