Dave has worked in more than 38 states, helping win historic ballot initiatives and elect mayors, members of Congress and more than 350 state legislators. Having done every job on a campaign, Dave has extensive experience in communications, public relations, targeting, field, fundraising and GOTV. In addition to his candidate work, Dave has advised and created ads for Everytown for Gun Safety, NARAL, the Maine House Democrats, the Maine Senate Democrats, Equality Maine, Equality Texas, Freedom Oklahoma, Secure Democracy, Planned Parenthood of Southern New England, League of Conservation Voters Connecticut, Rhode Island Coalition Against Gun Violence, Build NH PAC, and other Democratic and progressive organizations. At FRAME, David works directly with campaigns, developing the strategy and creative behind their mail, digital and television.
